diet and skin, I'm convinced now
I'm not a dermatologist but honestly the correlation between what I eat and how my skin looks has become impossible to ignore at this point. The weeks I'm eating properly — collagen in my morning routine, actual vegetables, not just grabbing whatever — my skin is noticeably calmer. Less redness, texture feels different.
The weeks I'm eating badly though... my skin just tells on me. It's embarrassing how fast it shows up, like within two or three days.
I know everyone says this and it sounds basic but I genuinely didn't believe it for years. Thought it was mostly external — products, routine, whatever. To be fair the skincare still matters, I'm not abandoning my routine lol. But diet is doing something real underneath all of it.
