egg in a mug actually saved me this morning

Right so I have a 9am lecture on Thursdays and I am physically incapable of waking up early enough to make actual breakfast. Like I've tried, me duck, I've failed many times. So this is embarrassing but I've been doing scrambled eggs in a mug and it takes literally 90 seconds. Crack two eggs in, splash of milk, tiny bit of salt, mix it with a fork, microwave 45 seconds, stir, another 30-45 seconds, done. I eat it with a slice of toast while putting my shoes on. Sometimes I shove some frozen spinach in before it goes in the microwave and it wilts right in and I feel briefly like I have things figured out. Costs basically nothing — eggs are like £1.79 for six at Aldi right now. That's it. That's the whole post.

do you put the spinach in frozen or defrost it first?
