egg on toast but make it worth photographing
right so it sounds boring but hear me out — fried egg, sourdough, smashed avo with a tiny bit of chilli flakes, and then I added a handful of microgreens on top and suddenly it looked like something from a magazine. takes literally six minutes.
the microgreens are doing all the heavy lifting visually tbh. I got a little pot from the market and it's lasted me the whole week.
the light was perfect this morning so I finally got a photo I'm actually happy with ✨🌿
