my 10 minute breakfast that actually keeps me going

Right so I've been doing this thing for about three weeks now and I keep meaning to post it because it's so stupidly simple I feel a bit embarrassed it took me this long to land on it. Basically: soft boiled egg, sliced avocado, a handful of edamame (frozen, microwaved, done in 4 minutes), and then I drizzle a bit of soy and a few sesame seeds over the whole thing. Eat it out of a bowl with chopsticks while standing at the counter. That's it. The edamame is the bit that makes it — gives it actual substance, like I'm not starving again by 10:30. I sometimes add a tiny bit of togarashi if I want some heat but honestly it works without. The whole thing takes less time than waiting for the coffee to brew. I don't even really think of it as a recipe, more like... assembly. Which is probably why I've actually stuck to it.

edamame before a session actually slaps, more protein than people think
