right so I've been making the same wrap for 3 weeks

and I'm not even sick of it yet which says a lot tbh Basically I had zero time on Monday — placement all day, lecture at 6, got in at half 8 and could not be doing with actual cooking. So I just did this wrap thing I threw together a few weeks ago when the fridge was nearly empty and it's become my go-to without me even deciding that. what goes in it: - wholemeal wrap (the big ones from Aldi) - hummus, proper generous layer - whatever salad leaves are still alive in the bag - cucumber, half an avocado if it's not gone brown - a tin of chickpeas drained and chucked in a pan with smoked paprika and a bit of olive oil for like 5 mins - squeeze of lemon at the end The chickpeas are the bit that makes it actually filling. I used to skip them cos I thought it'd take too long but it's genuinely 5 minutes and it feels like a proper meal instead of just... a sad wrap. Takes about 12 minutes start to finish which is mint when you're running on empty. I've started batch-cooking a tin of chickpeas at the start of the week so it's even faster, ngl that tip changed my life a tiny bit 😂

do you ever batch-prep the fillings at the start of the week or just grab as you go?

solid pre-run fuel tbh

yeah I'd actually have this after a fell run too, the hummus does more work than people think
