slept through my alarm and trained anyway — bad idea

Rolled out of bed at 7:40, session was at 8. No breakfast, barely water, just grabbed my bag and went. Squats felt like I was moving through concrete. Like, not even tired-heavy, just wrong. My CNS was clearly not having it and I kept losing tightness at the bottom which never happens. Honestly I used to think meal timing was one of those things gym people overcomplicate. Turns out when you strip it away completely you notice real fast what it was doing. Two hours before a heavy session is basically non-negotiable for me now — skip it once and you remember why. Still hit my numbers but it cost me way more than it should have. Lesson relearned the hard way, as per.

losing tightness at the bottom of a squat with no food in you is basically guaranteed, CNS just isn't firing right

the sleep part hits harder than people think — I've trained on empty before and survived but on broken sleep it just falls apart completely
