sunscreen. that's it. that's the post.

I keep seeing these elaborate summer skin routines and honestly my brain can't. It's hot, I'm sweaty, I don't want twelve steps. What I've actually stuck to: SPF in the morning, always, no excuses — I got very into this after living in Thailand and seeing what the sun actually does long term. Then at night just something light for moisture, I've been adding collagen to a cold drink most evenings and my skin has felt less... tight? I can't explain it better than that. Mind you I'm also drinking way more water just because it's summer so who even knows what's doing what. But I'm not breaking out, skin feels fine, and I'm not spending 20 minutes in the bathroom. That's enough for me.

been meaning to try collagen in drinks for a while, always assumed it was a bit gimmicky tbh — does it actually taste of anything?
