the yoghurt bowl I've been making on autopilot

honestly didn't think this was worth posting because it feels too simple but then I made it three mornings in a row and here we are basically just thick greek yoghurt (the proper full fat kind, I don't do low fat anything it never tastes right), a big spoonful of almond butter swirled through, sliced banana, whatever granola I have, and a tiny drizzle of honey. that's it. the whole thing takes maybe four minutes and I'm not even exaggerating. the reason I keep coming back to it is that it actually holds me til lunch which honestly not many breakfasts do — I'll usually be rummaging for something at like 11 if I've had toast. the almond butter is doing a lot of work there I think. and it photographs so well, the swirl of it through the white yoghurt, I cannot. one thing I will say — the banana situation matters more than you'd think. slightly underripe = fine. too ripe = weird texture against the yoghurt and it just tastes a bit off somehow. I've had both and there's a difference. anyway. I made it again this morning and the light was good so I took a photo and now I'm here.

I swap the banana for frozen blueberries sometimes, holds up better after a long run
