Ingredientes
3 chávenas de água
3 gramas de chá Spicy Chai
2 chávenas de queijo mascarpone
½ chávena de açúcar branco
4 gemas de ovo grandes
3 colheres de sopa de natas frescas
Pitadas de sal
24 palitos de champanhe
2 colheres de sopa de cacau em pó sem açúcar, peneirado, para decoração

To prepare the chai concentrate, simply heat the water and add the Spicy Chai tea. Stir until it dissolves. To prepare the mascarpone filling: Beat the mascarpone, sugar, egg yolks, cream and salt (optional: add a little rum), until light and fluffy.

Spread about 1/3 cup of the mascarpone filling in the bottom of a 2-quart (1.89 L) baking dish. Dip the biscuits one at a time into the Spicy Chai tea and place them side by side. If there is a gap between the biscuits and the baking dish, place them in the opposite direction.

Spread about 1/2 cup of the mascarpone filling over the biscuits. Repeat with the other two layers. Smooth the top layer of mascarpone filling. Cover the tiramisu lightly and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (or up to 1 day).

Sprinkle the top with the cocoa powder before serving.
