Today we bring you a savory recipe that will make your mouth water! Pasta with pistachio and matcha pesto, delicious and amazing! 💚

Ingredients

1 handful of shelled pistachios (40-50 g)
A splash of olive oil (20-30 g)
2 g of culinary matcha
Salt
Fresh basil
Pasta (whatever you usually use)

Preparação

Prepare all the ingredients: pistachios, olive oil, salt, fresh basil and culinary matcha. Boil the pasta following the instructions on the packaging.

Blend all the ingredients and add some pasta cooking water.

Mix all the ingredients until you achieve a sauce-like texture. If it's too thick, you can add more cooking water.

Plate with the pasta and add more sauce on top. Optionally, add pepper, chopped pistachios, and grated cheese to taste. This recipe never fails!
